About Arzu Consulting Services

Arzu Consulting Services believes that for a person or organization to grow, one must embrace change. Though not easy, change requires one to understand the internal and external forces that influence the decision making process. Once one gains the insight, then they and the organization can create a strategic plan for growth. After implementing the plan, the organization must honestly evaluate its progress, tweaking the plan to maximize potential. As in chess, an organization must make the best move.

Meet Nihal Arzu Sarikaya

Nihal Arzu Sarikaya has experience with pivots and changes. With a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences, she pursued career opportunities in academic research, biopharmaceutical industry, and medical office management. Each opportunity helped her explore the business and management aspect of an organization. Then, she earned a Master of Administration degree, focusing on organizational analysis, program evaluation, and leadership styles. In addition, she volunteers with local K-12 schools, helping them evaluate technology upgrades, develop a diversity-equity-inclusion program, write grants, and plan future growth strategies. Also, she coaches the Northland Preparatory Academy (Flagstaff, AZ) Chess Team, teaching students evaluation, strategy, and decision-making skills.

Finally, the work and academic experiences provided her opportunities to publish articles and present at conferences.
